1. What is the Processing and Delivery Time?

2. How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website or on our tracking page.
3. Can I Cancel an Order After It Has Been Placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellation requests. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
4. What is Cadeno.store Return Policy?
You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. What if my package is lost/stolen?
Cadeno.store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information says your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the appropriate carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
